Brittany Glas – Lead Reporter
Originally from San Antonio, Brittany graduated from the award-winning Broadcast Journalism program at Brigham Young University-Provo in April 2011.
With a passion for life and people, Brittany feels like she was born to be a journalist. She’s worked in multiple positions in the newsroom – as a reporter, producer, and anchor, most recently on KSNW in Wichita, Kansas.
One of her favorite things to report on is how legislation at all levels of government directly impact the lives of each person. She has participated in election coverage in Utah, along with covering the 2012 presidential election in Wichita Falls, as well as covering immigration legislation occurring in Arizona. She also had the opportunity to intern with NBC News on Capitol Hill.
“I Am Not My Body” has been a life changing experience for Brittany. From interacting with many individuals for interviews from California all the way to Romania, along with celebrating the success of the film on a national scale, it’s been an amazing experience that has “changed her life.”
